Air Sports & BASE Jumping
When I’m not writing code, I’m usually preparing for or recovering from a jump. I’ve been involved in skydiving for over 20 years and more recently took up BASE jumping — a sport that demands precision, preparation, and a calm head under pressure.
It’s a world away from software engineering, but the overlap is real: assess the conditions, plan meticulously, execute cleanly, and always have an out.
